Staff, regardless of job title, are routinely motivated and driven not just by  “making a living,” but by the opportunity to “make a difference.”
Our purpose for deciding/agreeing to work in the mASD must be connected to a higher purpose that is not self-focused. Then and only then will staff be willing to change, to be open to doing things differently…to do whatever it takes to prepare/support students to change their communities, their state, this nation, this world for the better.
